"A Provocative, Playful, Profound and Powerful Adventure Into The Human Psyche, Heart, And Soul..."

Our Vision
Human ingenuity is our greatest asset. We need not live in a world of scarcity, fear, and greed. These are old and outmoded tools of a civilization that has struggled to survive within the past and present ruling paradigm of tribal warfare. All that we need to be satisfied with life is available to us in each moment, But it is enshrouded by fear and a subtly encouraged avoidance of the pain of feeling into our trauma and wounds. Lack has been encouraged because people living in scarcity are easier to control. But everyone suffers from this division that we nurture. And the world is a finite system that will not tolerate unconsciousness indefinitely. When everyone is empowered with information on how to fulfill ourselves spiritually, the need for control will be gone, and so much more powerful we will become once we are each encouraged to reach for our full human potential.
Our Inspiration...
Based in Alberta, How To Human - A User's Manual specializes in the sharing and creation of deep universal truths from all over the world; eastern, western, premodern, postmodern, indigenous, shamanic, and natural remedies to the dysfunction that most of us suffer.
In the words of Scott Peck, author of The Road Less Travelled: "This tendency to avoid problems and the emotional suffering inherent in them is the primary basis of all human mental illness. Since most of us have this tendency to a greater or lesser degree, most of us are mentally ill to a greater or lesser degree, lacking complete mental health."
